Hartman Short Term Income Properties XX amends merger agreement

Hartman Short Term Income Properties XX amended its merger agreement with Hartman Income REIT Inc.

The companies changed the conversion ratio such that 1 share of Hartman Income REIT's subordinated stock would be exchanged for 0.863235 of Hartman Short Term Income Properties' common stock.

The merger agreement originally called for 0.752222 of Hartman Short Term Income Properties' common stock for each share of Hartman Income REIT's subordinated stock.

The board of Hartman Short Term Income Properties also voted to suspend its share redemption program, effective May 31, pending the mergers with Hartman Income REIT Inc. and Hartman Short Term Income Properties XIX Inc.
