Golden Dawn Minerals to expand Amigo property

Golden Dawn Minerals Inc. said April 5 that it will acquire all the remaining cells within mineral claim tenure number 513773 to expand its Amigo gold property in British Columbia, which comprises eight cell units within the same mineral claim.

The deal, which remains subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, does not stipulate work commitments, but Golden Dawn will issue 100,000 common shares to the property owner to complete the acquisition.

According to the company, the 656.43-hectare claim is contiguous to and compliments its Boundary Falls gold property, which covers the historical May Mac mine and processing facility. Golden Dawn is conducting an extensive surface and underground drilling program near May Mac's known Skomac multiple vein system.
