Canadian private equity firm Ardenton Capital Corp. invested in and entered into a strategic partnership with Toronto-based Canadian Posters International Inc.

Founded in 1976, Canadian Posters is a full-service, vertically integrated art company in North America that operates as PI Fine Art / PI Creative Art.

The company specializes in art, custom wallcovering, mirrors and décor for hotels, healthcare, commercial and residential spaces.

Karim Kanji, director of strategic development at Ardenton, will oversee the implementation of the Ardenton Operating System, focusing on growth and business improvement.

RBC Mid-Market Mergers and Acquisitions was financial adviser to Canadian Posters.
