Huatai Securities to issue up to 7B yuan of bonds

Huatai Securities Co. Ltd. plans to issue up to 7 billion yuan of bonds to qualified investors.

The three-year fixed-rate notes will carry an coupon of 3.68% per year, according to a March 18 release.

The bonds, part of an issuance of up to 16 billion yuan, will be issued between March 18 and March 19.

As of March 18, US$1 was equivalent to 6.71 Chinese yuan.
