Ares Management buys Illinois warehouse from Colony Capital for $42.3M

Ares Management Corp. bought a 637,000-square-foot warehouse in northwest suburban Mount Prospect, Ill., from real estate investment trust Colony Capital Inc. for $42.3 million, The Real Deal reported, citing property records.

The property at 1800 W. Central Road is leased to tenants including Dremel DigiLab, Robert Bosch Tool Corp., Skilsaw and Vermont American, the publication noted.

Ares and Colony could not be reached for comment by The Real Deal.
