Hong Kong-listed developer China Resources Land Ltd. signed deals to acquire four land parcels in China for nearly 12.30 billion yuan in February.
The plots that the company agreed to buy during the month have an estimated gross floor area totaling 1,538,814 square meters. Also during the month, the flagship subsidiary of China Resources Group won the online auction for six land parcels in Jina, China, with a nearly 9.65 billion-yuan bid.
Year-to-Feb. 28, roughly 19.39 billion yuan have been earmarked for the purchase of nine sites in China, with a combined attributable gross floor area of 1,938,787 square meters.
As of March 14, US$1 was equivalent to 6.32 yuan.
