K2 Asset Management nonexecutive directors to step down

Australia's K2 Asset Management Holdings Ltd. said Robert Hand and Matthew Lawler will step down as nonexecutive directors, effective Nov. 26.

Both directors must resign by rotation and are not seeking re-election, according to an Oct. 17 release.
