Landsec gets planning approval for Deutsche Bank HQ in London

Diversified real estate investment trust Landsec was granted a revised planning permission for its proposed 564,000-square-foot building at 21 Moorfields in London.

The property will serve as the new headquarters of Deutsche Bank.

In July 2017, Landsec and Deutsche Bank signed a 25-year, pre-let agreement for the building, under which the latter agreed to take a minimum of 469,000 square feet of space at the planned development.

The company expects to complete the project in November 2021.
