Japanese real estate manager Hulic Co. Ltd. projects profit attributable to owners of its parent to rise 9.6% year over year to ¥46.50 billion for the year ending Dec. 31.
During the 12 months, the company expects its operating income and ordinary income to climb 12.0% and 10.7% on an annual basis to ¥72.00 billion and ¥68.50 billion, respectively. Meanwhile, the company's earnings per share is estimated to come in at ¥70.60 for the reporting period.
Hulic is planning to distribute a dividend of ¥11.50 at the end of the second quarter and ¥12.00 at 2018-end, taking the total dividend for the full year to ¥23.50, according to a release.
