Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG purchased five German retail properties during November and December for €28.8 million, Property Magazine International reported.
The German real estate investment trust acquired the 12,000-square-meter, 64% occupied Coens-Galerie shopping center in Grevenbroich from Gazit Germany; the fully occupied 7,000-square-meter toom Baumarkt property in Ritterhude, Lower Saxony; the fully let 6,100-square-meter DLZ Greifswald service center in Mecklenburg-West Pomerania; a 5,900-square-meter retail center in Lünen, Northrhine-Westphalia; and a 4,900-square-meter Metro Gastro wholesale market in Goslar, Lower Saxony.
