Fox Factory Holding Corp. said its third-quarter normalized net income amounted to 28 cents per share, compared with the S&P Capital IQ consensus estimate of 39 cents per share.
EPS rose 9.5% year over year from 25 cents.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was $10.4 million, a gain of 9.3% from $9.5 million in the year-earlier period.
The normalized profit margin climbed to 9.5% from 9.0% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue grew year over year to $109.0 million from $106.2 million, and total operating expenses grew year over year to $92.3 million from $90.7 million.
Reported net income increased 28.3% year over year to $13.6 million, or 36 cents per share, from $10.6 million, or 28 cents per share.
