KB Home prices $300M debt offering

KB Home priced a $300.0 million offering of 4.80% senior notes due 2029, to be issued at a public offering price of 100.00%.

Interest on the notes will be payable annually. The homebuilder expects the offering to generate net proceeds of approximately $296.2 million, which will be used to retire the company's 8.00% senior notes due 2020.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., BNP Paribas Securities Corp., BofA Securities Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are book-running managers for the offering, which is expected to close Nov. 4.
