LTN Capital acquires, restructures Visual Healthcare to create oil services firm

LTN Capital Ventures LLC completed the acquisition of Visual Healthcare Corp., an information technology solutions company focused on the healthcare industry.

LTN Capital plans to create an oil and gas services company by acquiring several companies. According to a March 19 press release, LTN Capital will also acquire Houston-based Hi-Alloy Valve, which manufactures valves for the energy sector.

LTN Capital is restructuring Visual Healthcare to move forward with its acquisition strategy and has appointed new management. Linh Nguyen will be the new CEO along with Long Nguyen as the COO. They are currently working as president and vice president of Velocity Manufacturing Corp., respectively.

Luis Beita, CEO of Hi-Alloy Valve, has been appointed as the president of Visual Healthcare.

Linh Nguyen informed the company's shareholders that there is no plan to carry out to a reverse stock split and the company will implement a share buy-back program. No financial details of the transaction were disclosed.
