Report: World's tallest Holiday Inn could sell for more than $300M

Jubao Xie is looking to sell the world's tallest Holiday Inn hotel for more than $300 million, The Real Deal reported, citing unnamed sources.

The 492-key property at 99 Washington St. in New York City's Financial District neighborhood stands 50 stories tall.

The Chinese developer constructed the four-star hotel with Sam Chang, who no longer has any affiliation with the property.

The publication could not reach Xie for comment, while the hotel's general manager and Marcus & Millichap, which is marketing the property, both declined to comment.
