Europa Capital, Balzac REIM sell Paris office property for €143M

Real estate investment manager Europa Capital and joint venture partner Balzac Real Estate Investment Management Sarl sold the 12,000-square-meter Sémaphore office building in Paris for €142.5 million, Property Funds World reported.

Europa Capital sold the 100%-leased, eight-story building on behalf of its value-add Europa Fund V to a Primonial REIM fund.

French technology company Doctolib SAS recently signed a nine-year firm lease to occupy the entire building, effective in January 2020.

Le Breton George V and Mayer Brown advised Europa Capital and Balzac REIM, while the buyer was advised by Wargny Katz, LPA-CGR and CBRE.
