Warehouses De Pauw 9-month EPRA EPS rises 7.9% YOY

Warehouses De Pauw said its European Public Real Estate Association-based EPS for the nine months ended Sept. 30 was €4.91, an increase of 7.9% from €4.55 in the prior-year period.

EPRA earnings totaled €114.0 million, an increase of 12.6% from €101.2 million in the year-earlier period.

Group share net result, as defined by the International Financial Reporting Standards, increased 19.7% from the prior-year period to €232.6 million, or €10.01 per share, from €194.3 million, or €8.73 per share.

In reporting results, the company maintained its full-year EPRA EPS guidance at €6.50.

The Belgian industrial real estate company said the effective realization of its 50/50 joint venture with Germany-based VIB Vermögen AG is in its final stages and is scheduled to complete by year-end.
