* Israel-based Gazit-Globe Ltd. added Limor Gutman and Shmuel Hauser as external directors for a three-year term, beginning Jan. 1.

Luxembourg

* Michael Bütter ceased to be the CEO and chairman of Corestate Capital Holding SA, with his employment contract revoked at the end of 2018. In the interim, Founder and Chief Investment Officer Thomas Landschreiber, as well as Lars Schnidrig, CFO and a board member of Corestate, will serve as CEO. Schnidrig will also take over Bütter's duties as board chairman.

Switzerland

* Healthcare-related real estate company Infracore SA will bring in Dieter Kräuchi to its board to represent Swiss institutional company Baloise, which paid Aevis Victoria SA CHF86.5 million for a 20% stake in Infracore.
