HealthStream acquires software solutions provider CredentialMyDoc in $9M deal

HealthStream Inc. acquired all assets of Savannah, Ga.-based CredentialMyDoc, which is primarily focused on providing technology and software services to the industry.

HealthStream, a workforce and solutions provider for the healthcare industry, completed the $9 million cash transaction through its unit VerityStream.

Through the acquisition, HealthStream bolstered its outpatient facility market segment by adding more than 300 clients.

The deal is subject to a post-closing working capital adjustment.
