JDM Partners buys Tampa, Fla., office complex for $199M

Phoenix-based JDM Partners bought the Crosstown Center, a 521,824-square-foot office complex in Tampa, Fla., for $199 million, Business Observer reported, citing property records.

The buildings are located at 9519-9527 Delaney Creek Blvd. in Hillsborough County.

Both buildings were developed and are occupied by USAA, a San Antonio, Texas, financial adviser and insurer of military personnel.

JDM officials in Phoenix did not return requests for comment, according to the report.

The 268,924-square-foot six-story building on 16.25 acres at 9527 Delaney Creek Blvd. was valued at $106 million, and the 252,900-square-foot building on 8.5 acres at 9519 Delaney Creek Blvd. was valued at $93 million, the publication noted.
