IQVIA completes share buyback; stockholders close common share offering

IQVIA Holdings Inc. closed its buyback of 1 million of its common shares, while certain of its stockholders completed their sale of 5 million shares.

The common shares under the secondary offering were priced at $140.80 each, while Durham, N.C.-based IQVIA repurchased the shares from the underwriters for the same per-share price.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Barclays Capital Inc. were the underwriters for the secondary offer and repurchase.
