The board of U.S. Precious Metals Inc. went through an overhaul after a vote by a majority of its shareholders, according to a Sept. 7 release.
As a result, CEO John Leufray, CFO Yesit Campo and COO Carlos Hernandez Jr. were all stripped of their management and board duties.
The shareholders appointed new director Joseph Spano as the company's sole acting officer. Joining him in the revamped board are Wayne Ackerman and Robert Garff.
Shares of the company, listed on the OTC Pink market, went up about 29% at market close Sept. 6.
