Aspen Insurance, subsidiaries amend credit agreement

Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd. and seven of its wholly owned subsidiaries entered an amended and restated credit agreement that initially provides for a $200 million credit facility.

Under the amended agreement, the company has the option to increase the facility by up to $100 million. The facility will expire March 27, 2022.

The company and subsidiaries entered the agreement with various lenders and Barclays Bank plc as administrative agent.
