WeWork replaces former CEO's aide in Japan

WeWork Cos. Inc. named Kazuyuki Sasaki as the new head of its Japanese operations, replacing Chris Hill, the brother-in-law of former CEO Adam Neumann, Bloomberg News reported.

Sasaki is the former managing director of WeWork Japan.

Hill headed the coworking giant's Japanese operations since their start in 2017 and served as the chief product officer at parent The We Co. Hill reportedly stepped down after Neumann's resignation.

WeWork declined to comment on whether Hill is still with the company, the publication noted.
