ISMIE Mutual Insurance Co. said Paul DeHaan has been elected to succeed Harold Jensen as board chairman.

Peter Eupierre is replacing DeHaan as vice chairman.

Richard Geline is assuming the role of secretary/treasurer, which was previously held by Eupierre. Geline is a member of the company's board.

ISMIE also announced the election of Adrienne Fregia and internist Dennis Norem to its board.
