Alpha Group in talks to buy Vervent Audio Group

Alpha Group has entered into negotiations with Naxicap Partners to acquire a majority stake in Vervent Audio Group, Private Equity Wire reported.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Vervent Audio Group is a manufacturer and distributor of high-end luxury audio equipment. It is the holding company of Naim Audio Ltd. and Focal JMLab, which work in the acoustics and electronics markets.

Paris-based Naxicap Partners invests in small and mid-cap companies across any sector.

Alpha Group typically invests between 50 million and 150 million in mid-sized companies in continental Europe.
