Is GYO AS said Güney Bagimsiz Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müsavirlik Anonim Sirketi was appointed as the diversified real estate investment trust's new auditor.

The company's board approved the appointment of the firm, which is a member company of Ernst & Young Global Ltd., in a Feb. 24 meeting based on the proposal of the audit committee.

The new auditor will serve in the position for a period of three years, according to a release.
