Cannabis Science buys Californian bottle manufacturer

Cannabis Science Inc. acquired Bottle It Inc., a Corona, Calif.-based manufacturer of bottles and containers for the food and beverage industry.

The transaction includes Bottle It's 27,000 square feet bottling manufacturing facility.

"Cannabis Science's acquisition of Bottle It contributes significantly to our company's growth strategy and solidifies our capabilities as a manufacturer," Cannabis Science President, CEO and co-founder Raymond Dabney said in a statement.

Cannabis Science recently announced its partnership with Crown Baus Capital Corp. to distribute a nonalcoholic version of CBCA's newly acquired Cannabia, a cannabis beer.
