Emperor International lists US$2B note program

Emperor International Holdings Ltd. listed a US$2.00 billion medium-term note program on the Hong Kong stock exchange, effective Dec. 21.

The Hong Kong-listed real estate company plans to issue notes under the program within a 12-month period starting Dec. 20.

Emperor Securities, Guotai Junan International and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China served as joint arrangers and dealers for the program.

AMTD, BNP Paribas, Bank of China (Hong Kong), BOC International, Bank of Communications, China Construction Bank (Asia) and HSBC also acted as dealers for the listing.
