* Jonathan Davies joined Assura PLC as a nonexecutive director June 1.
* St. Modwen Properties PLC brought in David Binks as head of leasing June 4. Binks last held the position of partner head of U.K. Midlands logistics and industrial agency at Cushman & Wakefield.
Estonia
* The supervisory board of AS Trigon Property Development recalled Aivar Kempi from the role of management board member and appointed Rando Tomingas as a new member of the management board. Tomingas will serve for a three-year tenure that started June 5.
Sweden
* Maria Frid, member of Suomen Hoivatilat Oyj's executive team, will become the managing director of the Finland-headquartered real estate company's new Swedish subsidiary.
Effective Sept. 3, Frid will relinquish her post as a member of Suomen's executive team and report to CEO Jussi Karjula in her new role.
Ukraine
* Secure Property Development & Investment Plc nonexecutive chairman Paul Ensor stepped down after an 11-year stint on the board and was succeeded by nonexecutive director Michael Beys June 4.
Moving ahead, Ensor, as a nonexecutive director, will take on the responsibility of setting up an advisory counsel to the board.
In addition, another nonexecutive director Harin Thacker was named nonexecutive vice chairman of the company.
Belgium
* Aedifica SA will install Ingrid Daerden as its new CFO by Sept. 1 at the latest.
At the same time, Daerden will assume the mantle of executive manager and management committee member, subject to the approval of the Financial Services and Markets Authority.
Germany
* Adler Real Estate AG replaced supervisory board member Thomas Katzuba von Urbisch, who stepped down due to personal reasons, with Claus Jorgensen at its May 30 annual general meeting.
The new member began service as a financial expert at the supervisory board with immediate effect.
