Private equity firm VSS sold IT-Ernity to Dutch independent hosting and virtual private server provider TransIP for an undisclosed sum.

IT-Ernity provides managed services and shared hosting for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Netherlands.

New York-based VSS, which invests in the information, education, healthcare and tech-enabled business services sectors, is working to deploy its third structured capital fund, according to an Aug. 13 release.
