Panama's Corporacion de Finanzas del Pais SA on Aug. 13 plans to offer three series of revolving negotiable commercial securities totaling $3.0 million.

The company will offer the two-year series AE notes worth $1.0 million, carrying a 6.25% interest rate.

On the same day, the Panamanian company will also offer up to $1.0 million in four-year AF securities with a 7.25% rate and $1.0 million of five-year series AG notes carrying a 7.75% interest rate.

The three series will all be issued Aug. 15, according to security filings.

Proceeds from the offerings will be used for the company's working capital.
