Spring sale expected for A$100M-plus Sydney mansion

A A$100 million-plus mansion previously owned by the late Australian-Polish businesswoman Lady Mary Fairfax along Sydney Harbor is being prepared for sale, The Australian reported.

The Fairwater home with 11,210 square meters of landholding is being sold at the decision of the Trustees of the Estate of the Late Lady Mary Fairfax, according to the Sept. 6 report. It is bound to hit the market in spring with Christie's International Real Estate managing the divestment.
