Paylocity issues fiscal Q3'17, FY'17 outlook

Paylocity Holding Corp. issued guidance for its fiscal third quarter and full fiscal year 2017.

For the fiscal third quarter, total revenue is expected to be $87.5 million to $88.5 million, and adjusted EBITDA is expected between $17.0 million and $18.0 million. Non-GAAP net income is expected to be $12.0 million to $13.0 million, or 22 cents to 24 cents per share.

For the full fiscal year, the company expects total revenue of $296.0 million to $298.0 million and adjusted EBITDA of $42.0 million to $43.0 million. Non-GAAP net income is expected between $22.5 million and $23.5 million, or 41 cents to 43 cents per share.

For its fiscal second quarter of 2017, Paylocity recorded a net loss of $1.7 million, or 3 cents per share, compared with a net loss of $1.2 million, or 2 cents per share, in the year-ago quarter.
