Chile's Tanner Servicios Financieros places 1.0M UF in bonds

Tanner Servicios Financieros SA on Aug. 13 placed bonds worth 1.0 million unidades de fomento, the bank said in a filing.

The series AB bonds mature after 19 years and seven months. They yield at a coupon rate of 3.75% per annum, with a TIR interest rate of 3.20% and a spread of 114 basis points.

Tanner Corredores de Bolsa SA acted as placement agent.

A UF, or unidad de fomento, is Chile's inflation-indexed unit and is worth 27,224.39 Chilean pesos as of Aug. 13.

As of Aug. 13, US$1 was equivalent to 658.92 Chilean pesos.
