South Africa-based Finbond Group Ltd. said March 12 that it appointed Greg Labuschagne to its board in the capacity of CFO, effective immediately.

Labuschagne has been acting CFO and finance director since November 2018.

He has previously served as CFO and finance director for the group between 2009 and 2011.
