Kroll affirms WSFS Financial ratings

Kroll Bond Rating Agency affirmed several ratings for WSFS Financial Corp. and unit Wilmington Savings Fund Society FSB.

Affirmed were the company's A- senior unsecured debt rating, BBB+ subordinated debt rating and K2 short-term debt rating. Also, Kroll affirmed the A deposit and senior unsecured debt ratings and the K1 short-term deposit and debt ratings for the bank, which was assigned a subordinated debt rating of A-.

The Wilmington, Del.-based company's seasoned management team and robust enterprise risk management support the ratings, according to Kroll.

The outlook on all long-term ratings is stable, which assumes stable to stronger capital ratios going forward, the rating agency said.
