RREEF America pays $178M for industrial property in Hialeah, Fla.

Deutsche Bank AG affiliate RREEF America LLC paid $178 million for the Centergate at Gratigny industrial property in Hialeah, Fla., from PGIM, The Real Deal reported, citing records.

The three-building property at 5801 and 6301 E. 10th Ave. spans 1.6 million square feet.

Promotional products supplier Bullet Line is the anchor tenant, and other tenants include Carnival Cruise Lines and Veritiv.

The industrial sale is the largest in the South Florida region so far in 2019, according to the Aug. 26 report.
