United Technologies grosses $1.15 billion from debt offering

United Technologies Corp. raised gross proceeds of $1.15 billion from an offering of 2.65% senior unsubordinated unsecured notes due Nov. 1, 2026.

The company plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes or working capital and redemption or repayment of debt securities.

Barclays Capital Inc., BNP Paribas Securities Corp., BNY Mellon Capital Markets LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith Inc., Mizuho Securities USA LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, MUFG Securities Americas Inc., RBC Capital Markets LLC, Standard Chartered Bank, UniCredit Capital Markets LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC were the lead underwriters.

BMO Capital Markets Corp., Commerz Markets LLC, ICBC Standard Bank PLC, Lebenthal & Co. LLC, Loop Capital Markets LLC, Santander Investment Securities Inc., SG Americas Securities LLC, SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc. and Williams Capital Group LP also served as underwriters for the offering.
