Corporacion de Finanzas del Pais SA on May 23 plans to offer two-year bonds worth $2.0 million, according to a securities filing from the Panama-based lender.

The series AC notes, which are set to be issued on May 25, carry an interest rate of 6.25%, payable monthly.

Proceeds from the offering will be used for working capital purposes.

The notes are part of an existing program for negotiable commercial securities worth up to $50.0 million.
