DZ BANK AG named Ulrike Brouzi member of the board of managing directors, effective Sept. 1.

Brouzi will take over the role of CFO as co-CEOs Uwe Fröhlich and Cornelius Riese begin their terms at the start of 2019.

Brouzi has been serving as a member of the management board of Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale since 2012, where as COO and CFO she is in charge of finance and tax, compliance and transaction banking, among other responsibilities.
