2 insurance tech companies merge

Insurance technology companies Prima Solutions SA and Effisoft SAS have merged.

Prima Solutions provides a software platform to property and casualty and life and health insurers, while Effisoft designs software solutions for insurance and reinsurance professionals. Hugues Delannoy and Julien Victor will continue to lead the consolidated entity, with The Carlyle Group LLC as majority shareholder.

The consolidated entity has more than 300 employees and serves more than 300 customers across five continents and generates about €50 million in revenues.
