JLL EPS up 14.1% YOY in Q2

Jones Lang LaSalle Inc.'s second-quarter EPS rose 14.1% year over year to $2.35 from $2.06 in the year-ago period.

The professional real estate services firm reported net income attributable to common shareholders for the second quarter of $107.8 million, up from $94.3 million in the comparable 2017 period.

Adjusted net income attributable to common shareholders for the quarter increased from the year-ago period on a per-share basis to $103.9 million, or $2.26 per share, from $99.4 million, or $2.17 per share.

The S&P Global Market Intelligence consensus normalized EPS estimate for the quarter was $2.22.
