The professional real estate services firm reported net income attributable to common shareholders for the second quarter of $107.8 million, up from $94.3 million in the comparable 2017 period.
Adjusted net income attributable to common shareholders for the quarter increased from the year-ago period on a per-share basis to $103.9 million, or $2.26 per share, from $99.4 million, or $2.17 per share.
The S&P Global Market Intelligence consensus normalized EPS estimate for the quarter was $2.22.
