Wealthcore Investment Management Gmbh beat out several international investors to secure a deal to acquire the Reflector building in Dublin, the Irish Independent reported.
It remains unclear whether the German asset manager partnered with South Korean bank Hana Financial Group Inc. for the acquisition, the publication noted.
Hana was reported earlier that it was in advanced discussions to purchase the property, which was put up for sale earlier in 2019 for €155 million.
The property features 124,000 square feet of office space and is leased to Airbnb Inc., Wix.com and LogMeIn Inc., among other tenants.
Wealthcore did not respond to the publication's requests for comment.
