Salamis Tours H1 profit falls YOY

Salamis Tours (Holdings) Public Ltd. said its first-half normalized net income came to 2 euro cents per share, a decline of 34.7% from 2 cents per share in the year-earlier period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was €563,020, a decline of 34.7% from €862,490 in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue grew 17.2% year over year to €17.2 million from €14.6 million, and total operating expenses increased 18.8% from the prior-year period to €16.0 million from €13.5 million.

Reported net income declined 41.1% on an annual basis to €910,560, or 2 cents per share, from €1.5 million, or 4 cents per share.
