Union Bank of the Philippines to raise up to 20B pesos in debt

Union Bank of the Philippines said it plans to raise up to 20 billion pesos via the issuance of bonds or commercial paper in multiple tranches.

As of Sept. 5, US$1 was equivalent to 53.67 Philippine pesos.
