Holland Residential buys Westminster, Colo., apartment complex for $81.3M

Holland Partners subsidiary Holland Residential LLC acquired a 332-unit apartment complex in Westminster, Colo., from Pacific Urban Residential for about $81.3 million, the Denver Business Journal reported, citing property records.

The SoFi Westminster property at 10305 Dover St. comprises 16 buildings, is between 93% and 96% leased up, and offers apartment units ranging from 600 square feet to 1,000 square feet, according to the publication.
