China Merchants Securities raises 1.94B yuan via bonds

China Merchants Securities Co. Ltd. raised 1.94 billion yuan via three-year bonds.

The notes carry a 5.35% coupon, according to a Feb. 6 release.

The company had planned to offer 1 billion yuan of bonds, with an oversubscription option of up to 940 million yuan.

As of Feb. 6, US$1 was equivalent to 6.28 Chinese yuan.
