Export-Import Bank of China plans to issue senior notes worth €1 billion under its medium-term note program on March 6.
The notes will be issued at an issue price of 99.658% of the aggregate nominal amount. They will carry a 0.30% interest rate and will mature March 6, 2022.
The notes will be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.
The managers of the issue are Bank of China Ltd., Bank of Communications Co. Ltd.'s Hong Kong branch, Barclays Bank PLC, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, MUFG Securities Asia Ltd., China Construction Bank (Europe) SA, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft and ING Bank NV's Singapore branch.
