Banco Panameño de la Vivienda SA, or Banvivienda, said it plans to issue two series of bonds worth up to US$7 million in aggregate on June 10 according to a securities filing dated June 2.
The company plans to offer one-year series AS bonds worth up to US$2 million carrying an interest rate of 3.875%, as well as six-month series AT bonds worth up to US$5 million with an interest rate of 3.375%.
Separately, the bank said that on June 6 it plans to offer up to US$2.5 million worth of one-year BL bonds carrying an interest rate of 3.875%.
All three series are part of the bank's negotiable bonds program for up to US$50 million.
