Reliance Capital issues nonconvertible debentures

Reliance Capital Ltd. issued nonconvertible debentures with a market-linked coupon.

The company issued 300 million Indian rupees of nonconvertible debentures with an option to retain oversubscription of up to 200 million rupees.

The debentures were issued in four tranches and will mature July 23, 2018, July 23, 2019, Jan. 21, 2027, and Jan. 22, 2027, according to a Jan. 23 release.

As of Jan. 23, US$1 was equivalent to 68.14 Indian rupees.
